    The backgauge distance and slider stroke adopt electric adjustment and manual fine adjustment, and are equipped with a digital display device, which is convenient and quick to use.
    The upper die is equipped with deflection compensation.

  • The torsion shaft is used to connect the left and right swing rods to form a torsion shaft forced synchronization mechanism to keep the up and down movement of the cylinders on both sides synchronized
  • The host adopts WC67Y model, equipped with a simple numerical control system, economical and practical
  • With the digital display of the position of the slider on the backgauge, the x/y week soft limit, and the one-way positioning gap prompt function
  • Both the back gauge and the upper slider are equipped with encoders, and the digital display system makes the position value of the back gauge and the upper slider accurately displayed, thereby further improving the working accuracy of the machine
